Did I always know I wanted to be a fitness instructor? Not right away but I can honestly say that it is something I am now very passionate about. There is nothing quite like getting a room full of people together, turning up the music & just moving your way to becoming THE BEST version of yourself. I love being able to boost peoples self esteem & confidence through dancing, moving, shimmying, strengthening & even through mindfulness.I call my participants warriors because we fight for what we want & as your warrior leader I help get you there! I believe that the body & the mind are precious & should be looked after everyday. I believe in making fitness fun, addictive & as friendly and feel good as I can.
